today's the last training for the holidays..wow it goes to show how fast time flies..training tiring as usual. but felt a sense of accomplishment after that. to all those who attended training: great job there! felt quite sad after that. it's the last last last one for the year!! i don't know why. it's not as if i won't be seeing Coach next week as per normal but. hahaha. come to think of what i've done for the past year for track, it's quite exciting actually. not only sprinting and sprinting.. but long jump too! it was quite an experience. went for the National Meet and found out that Singaporeans can jump very well! haha. of course i lost to them and didn't get into the finals. kind of expected. haha. track is fun.. especially when Coach Pandian is around.. (:and tomorrow is the last day of 2005. hey people treasure your time left in 2005! ahaha. haha. nothing to write..so i guess that's all for today(: ):

today nothing happened..except that i went to Chuanmin's place to 'do homework'. planned to do maths actually, but we ended up eating, going online and listening to songs.. dots.yeah and we talked and talked and laughed and laughed.. no homework done ): so i decided to leave so that she could start on her maths homework. haha. jiayou Chuanmin!well.. does anyone look forward to sec3? i'm kind of excited because a new school year is starting and i guess the first few days would be very fun. no official lessons. but whenever i think of the increasing workload, tests, exams and so on, i'm afraid to face it. afterall, i didn't choose the subject combination because i like it. i didn't want triple sciences. one fine day my mum told me that she hopes that i can study 3 sciences (probably thought of what jobs can i take next time). but she say if i'm too stressed or don't want to take also fine with her. she doesn't want me to be too stressed out. but.. i didn't want to disappoint her so i put that as my first choice. sighs. now the fear is starting to appear already. what if i can't cope? will that affect the rest of my subjects? my biology has always been lousy. in sec1, i got a pathetic C5.. gosh.. what's gonna happen next year? next next year? i don't wanna disappoint my mum! how.. i don't wanna go sec3 any more.. arghh..guess that's all for today..

today was tiring as well..morning we had training. BATONS! i love batons. haha. the two-person-relay was fun.after that was breakfast time. went to Gombak MacDonald's. sorry to make the guys wait! haha because the girls were in the stadium toilet 'dressing up' that's why. then headed to Sentosa. if i didn't remember wrongly, we started playing monkey with the guys and seniors. man it was fun! but i'm afraid of the ball, so nobody dared to pass to me. hahaha. got hold of it quite a few times, but caused the person who passed to me to become monkey. oops. sorry!!after that Fann and Peishi went into the sea to play. a few minutes later they started to pull dry people into the water. poor Emily was their first target i think. hahaha. pulled her arms, legs, body.. in anyway you can think of, they tried it. next was me!! ahh. i bet i was their easiest target. at first i was still blur. i didn't know what was happening. Peishi just asked me whether i brought extra clothes. i said yes. the next moment she pushed me and we did a 50m dash from the shore into the sea! gosh i was wet just like that!!! i didn't plan to get wet initially. but well hahaha all thanks to my blurness.i went out of the water after awhile because i was freezing. watched some of the others playing their own games and i was hungry. Karen and Joanna accompanied me to buy food. haha. came back to the beach. now EVERY CARROT (except Jared, Chuanmin, Karen, Joanna and i) was in the water. so, i got chased again Emily and Peishi because they wanted to pull me back into the sea. Emily ran after me for like 100m and i gave up. haha finally she grabbed my arms and splash! i was wet again. THEN, TWO PERSONS CARRIED ME ABOVE THE WATER. 1,2,3.. THEY THREW ME DOWN. water got into my nose and i was like.. arghhh!! screaming like anything. ermm.. may i know who are those two people? i just wanna know. i'm not seeking revenge or what so no worries. (: i just wanna know who. witnesses plesase inform me, culprits please own up. hahahaha. thanks anway, it was scary but fun. (:it was getting late so i needed to leave. got to meet my mum. so i got changed and said goodbye to them. Karen and Joanna left with me as well. was so so so tired. no strength to walk. haha.thanks everyone for making this outing a successful one. had fun with you guys (:yup guess that's all for today. yesterday was Christmas!!had a fun time because my relatives came to my house. well. actually we did nothing much but having each others' company was enough. before that i helped my mum to deep fry nuggets. interesting. haha. eat and drink and eat and drink. haha. then my cousins and i played Monopoly. Singapore edition i think. wow the rents are so high. i must admit that i'm a noob at it. i always ended up stepping into people's property and had to pay rents but they NEVER seem to step into mine. humph! ahahhaha. i was declared bankrupt not long after. (:in the evening we had the presents session. this time i didn't get back my own! got a box of chocolates instead. yay!!! i love chocolates. haha. then another round of monopoly. declared bankrupt again. haha. and i slept at 0030.today self-training at Gombak. 2 sets of 100m. wow. my timings are lousy. haha. Emily joined us for track!! haha i'm sure it's a lot different from the usual cross country warmup and workout. think she had fun with us. (:after that i think we pangseh-ed Aaron. the girls left the stadium after changing and he was left there alone. sorry Aaron! they wanted to go Orchard so they had to leave early in order to meet Joanna at Somerset on time. i didn't go because i was too lazy to walk around Orchard. haha sorry girls! i bought meesiam and ate at Jurong East Entertainment alone. haha. bought chocolates after that. then i headed to Jurong Point to shop for *ahem's* present. ( sec2 girl carrots you know who she is ) we are planning to exchange gifts on Wednesday though Christmas is already over. haha. looking forward to then! CARROTS' OUTING AT SENTOSA ON WEDNESDAY MORNING. those not having training on that day will meet at 9am at harbourfront MRT. (:hmm. yeah i guess that's all for today. today was tiring..this morning met up with Karen and headed to Turf City. the crossers there were going to have their time trial. Fann, Peishi, Chuanmin and i specially went there to support and cheer for the runners. touched not?? hahaha. just joking.erm well. after they did their warmups and stretching, Chuanmin and i were sort of hungry so we went MacDonald's, hoping to get breakfast from there. but it hasn't opened yet. sighs. i thought it's a 24-hour fast food restaurant now? so we went to 7-11 to get cup noodles. she got 2 cups. haha. she must be real hungry.by the time we went back, the runners have already started running, so we sat down and eat for awhile before heading towards to finishing line. then Mr Tan asked the both of us to go to the bend and cheer for them. ( Fann and Peishi were at the finishing line taking down timings)several minutes passed as we stood under the hot sun waiting and eating our noodles. then to our delight, some carrots started to appear and we cheered like mad. first came the sec2 girls running with Mishelle. followed by Minzhang, Weekiat, Hendy, sec3 girls/guys. after that was sec1 girls and guys. (if i remembered correctly)" come on! it's the last stretch already! you can do it!"" go go go! don't stop! pick up the pace! you're reaching! "" sprint sprint sprint! "haha. it was fun cheering carrots on. love them to bits.to those who ran today: WELL DONE PEOPLE! GREAT JOB THERE! KEEP IT UP!! (:after debrief Fann, Emily, Peishi, Chuanmin, Amanda and i went to the foodcourt and had our.. erm. breakfast? haha it wasn't noon yet.well, it's Christmas Eve today! bet many of us won't be sleeping that early right. countdown! haha. think gonna see lots of people online. tomorrow's a busy day. my relatives are coming to my house to sort of party. presents! yes! haha. similar to last year, we gonna pick a number and collect the corresponding present. guess what happened last year: I GOT MY OWN PRESENT BACK! haha. i hope this doesn't happen this year. it's no fun at all getting your own present. ):yup guess that's all for today, A MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYONE! hmm.. today.. this morning had training. wasn't feeling well since i woke up. diarrhoea. hais. when i reached Gombak, only Chuanmin was there. put my bag down and suddenly i needed the toilet again.. haha. so left her alone on the stand.not long after carrots started to stream into the stadium. went for our usual warm-up of 3 laps. mann my legs were jelly after running, and it was only our warm-up. did stretching and stuff. haha. coach made us do this weird exercise which sent all of us groaning in pain. they call it the Chinese Dance exercise i think. haha. or the APP exercise. (Ankle Pain Pain) hahaha.after that was jumping power. one leg hop! the girls were like struggling to finish it. however, the boys did it like it was the easiest thing on earth. when you look at how they do it, it seemed so easy. hop hop hop. done. wow. i envy them. then drills. nothing much.just that i skipped straight leg running, side jumping and acceleration. argh i feel so slack.. then came the workout. 160m X 3. it was ok i guess. just that i felt a little weaker than usual cos i wasn't feeling too well. was super tired after the sets. weak all over. skipped 2 laps of cool-down again. gosh i have to buck up already. so slack!yay! tomorrow going to turf city to support fellow carrots for time trial. jiayou yeah? keep running!! we'll be there to cheer for you guys. you can do it!! hahaa. then Chuanmin, Peishi and Fann were like saying we take a cup of large size coke each and drink at the finishing line to tempt those running. comical! ahaha. crossers.. beware.. hahaha. no lah joking only. haha. you guys do your best. let your good timings be the best present you will ever receive this Christmas, all right? don't care about positions. just timings. mind over body. all the best!! today was quite a nice day..met yup with a group of friends for a movie. no not friends. old friends i mean. yeah. knew one since p4 and another one since playgroup! that's 2 years old! wow. we've known each other for 12 years already. this shows how time flies yeah.yup after the movie went to westmall with the two of them for dinner. one left first and there sat the 'knew-her-since-playgroup-friend. we talked a lot about the old days on our way back home. (as in those that we can still recall)it was so fun in playgroup/nursery/k1/k2. no stress at all and play with your friends the whole day. (: i suddenly miss the times.we would go outdoors and play at the playground every morning and afternoon. sometimes we have outings (excursions) as well. mostly to the zoo. know this is boring but we were still kids then! haha. i still remember there was once when i woke up first during nap time because i fell asleep first. haha. then i walked around and the teacher pulled me to the sofa. she attempted to cut my fingernails for me but she cut my flesh instead. blood oozed out like nothing. haha. i didn't tell my mum about that until THIS VERY MORNING. hahaha. she said she want to go complain. there was this incident that haunted me for the rest of my kindergarten life since the day it happened. this teacher liked my friend's brother very much. she said he was cute and she wanted him to be her husband. mann. then on this fateful day, i played with the boy during playtime. we were having a great time. then this teacher came and hit my head." this is my husband you know? you don't bully him!"i didn't!! we were playing only for goodness' sake. i really didn't. is this jealousy? hey i think this is kinda mad isn't it? the teacher was obsessed with him. my head hurt a lot then. gosh i can still remember from that day onwards she kept picking on me. when i couldn't finish my rice she would chase me out of the class and i will cry and wait for other teachers to save me.haha. guess it's dramatic but it's true. other than that i loved school then! oh ya and on grauduation day we performed a Bumble Bee dance at some theatre. we rehearsed lots for that. on that day, something happened. my friend slipped and fell when he was dancing right in the centre of the stage! haha. we weren't wearing shoes, just stockings. i guess that's the reason. haha. oops sorry i'm not supposed to laugh at that but.. hehe. sorry! other than that the dance was successful. all of us were in black makeup. so scary. haha.haha thanks for your patience if you managed to finish reading this post. i guess it's boring for you guys. i love preschool!!yup guess that's all for today. this morning had training at Gombak Stadium. sighs. i haven't been running since last friday so today was really too tough for me.. timings for 80m were not ideal. right after the last set i felt very sick. legs were aching like crazy so i didn't manage to complete the 3 laps of cool down. did 1 instead. ): i'm so sorry Coach Pandian.after that all of us headed to Jurong East Entertainment for breakfast. erm yeah we had a great laugh there. oh ya Fann came up with this family tree.YEAR: Fann (mother)MONTH: Peishi (eldest daughter)FORTNIGHT: Ningxin (2nd daughter)WEEK: Weekiat (son)DAY: Me (youngest daughter)haha it was so funny. then they were saying i had to change name everyday. and oh.. erm.. there are son and daughter-in-laws as well. but won't disclose it here. confidential mann. later the others beat me up. wow! today was the first time in my life taking up the job of a postman/postlady?!Hendy and i went to various carrots' houses to give out Christmas cards. cool huh? we explored many places in Singapore while searching for their respective houses. haha.we went to Peishi's house first. it went quite smoothly with the help of the friendly bus uncle and Hendy's knowledge of the place. haha. placed the card at the doorstep then ran away. then to Chuanmin's place. haha. we didn't know how to go so we called her. " hey Chuanmin this is jade here ah. hey how to go your house?"" huh why leh?"" orh erm just to know loh. cos i'm updating my athletics profile then i wanna know how to go your house just in case." huh in case what?""emergency la!"" what emergency?"" how i know? just tell me how to go."finally she gave in and we were on our way.. haha. funny. bet my lie was real lousy. she was so suspicious of me. haha. yup when we reached her place we put the cards at the doorstep as well. (:then to Chrislyn's place. it was easy to find cos it's very near our school.. so yeah. (:after that was Minzhang's place. yup. this time Hendy called." hey Minzhang this is Hendy here. i'm updating my athletics profile so yeah i need to know how to go your house cos i'm compiling a directory."" ok take 282 from Clementi for about 5-10 mins then alight."yeah so we went on the bus and kept looking out for his block. then we alighted. went up this his house and because we were very sure that he was home, so we called him again." hey Minzhang. open the door."" HUH?? WHY?!?!?!"" just open la! but don't peep ah."haha. his reaction was so great!! yup when he saw us he was like shocked. after shock came smiles. he just thanked us and smiled brightly. nothing came out of his mouth after that. hahaha he was too shocked to see us.. then to Kahlok's house. we walked quite a bit to find his block. haha. we went up to his flat then we called him. " hey Kahlok this is Hendy, where are you now?"" i'm at my basketball court. i mean not mine la but it's near my house there."" oh. ok."" erm you called just to ask that??"" yeah. haha."" that's weird.."haha. funny. yeah then as usual we left the card there.after that.. we headed to Choa Chukang to Emily's place. her block was right inside the neighbourhood so we took quite a long time to reach. it was like a maze because we went round and round before reaching. haha. then when we were finally at her doorstep i called her." hey Emily this is jade ah. can you open the door?"" hey sorry i think you all put in my letterbox cos i now sleeping"hahaha. we left it at the doorstep then left. it would be better if she wasn't asleep. (:hmm. yeah so that marks the end of your delivery mission. haha. TO THOSE WHO DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CARDS TODAY: I'M SO SO SORRY BECAUSE WE FORGOT/DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GO YOUR PLACES. BUT WE'LL EITHER GIVE YOU PERSONALLY OR MAIL IT TO YOU BY POST.after that we walked back to CCK mrt station. we were real tired by then. Hendy said something. then i said " oh i can't bite. i can only swallow." (my braces)then he gave me a blurblur look." orh! hahaha. i said 'let's get a bike.' not get a bite. "dots.. i must have been deaf.haha. yeah then we went back to our respective home. wow today was so cool. delivery.. it was definitely an experience because i've never knew there were such places in our country. as in their houses. i got to know Singapore better as well. haha. i was glad we didn't get lost.. oops i think i've written too much. must have bored you guys to death. here's what happened today..this morning i went to the dentist to put on my braces. wow i actually stayed on the chair (is there another name for it?) and opened my mouth for 2 hours!! i don't know why on earth did the process take such a long time. haha. the dentist was real nice. she switched on the television for me because she was afraid that i would be bored. haha but as it was in the morning, there wasn't any nice show or something and i was not watching.. so she eventually turned it off to save electricity. yup so after that i headed towards jurong east entertainment centre and met up with the carrots. as usual they were all at the parapara machine except for a few at pop and music. gosh they were so pro at dancing! i love to watch them play.. haha. in the midst i went out to the foodcourt for lunch with Leena who was kind enough to accompany me. i ordered porridge and i had a lot of difficulty eating! my teeth were like aching and Leena had to help eat. not long after Fann joined us as well. we talked for awhile and went back to the arcade.in the afternoon Emily, Fann, Peishi, Xiumin and i went to IMM to buy something for someone.. yup and all of us liked it a lot because it's so cute. haha. next we went to jurong point to buy Christmas cards. well, this is going to be the first time i'm sending Christmas cards to people.. i hope i don't write the wrong addresses! (:ahh.. i'm hungry yet and can't eat. how sad is that. my teeth hurt and i can't talk properly. my pronounciation (is the the right spelling?) is so bad now. haha. Peishi kept making fun of me. hmm i think i look really weird with braces. haha yup i think that's all for today. (:

hi people! (if there's anyone reading this)special thanks to TIANHE AND SHAUN for the first steps to make this blog possible because the two of them kept asking me to create one. not to forget my dearest cousin BRENDA for improvising it. ( i like the skin.. thanks loads)well, first time writing an entry. oh ya the previous post written by Tianhe. she just wanted to test it out. oh so tomorrow i'll be going to the dentist to put on my braces.. wow. i'm quite excited actually. the only thing is that i'll have to miss training which is in the morning. sighs. but i'll be heading towards Gombak Stadium for self-train after the appointment and meeting the carrots at jurong east entertainment arcade. yay! will be able to watch Chuanmin and the others dancing Parapara again! like i said: it's fun watching others play.this morning went to Hendy's church (City Harvest) with Peishi and Chrislyn. wow had great fun there. especially the candlelit service. it was quite a nice sight to see the whole expo hall filled with the light of candles! it was a very good experience. the pastor said very meaningful stuff. heh i guess my posts are going to be boring. real sorry readers! (if any)hmm. i think that's all for today. (:
