this morning had training at Gombak Stadium. sighs. i haven't been running since last friday so today was really too tough for me.. timings for 80m were not ideal. right after the last set i felt very sick. legs were aching like crazy so i didn't manage to complete the 3 laps of cool down. did 1 instead. ): i'm so sorry Coach Pandian.after that all of us headed to Jurong East Entertainment for breakfast. erm yeah we had a great laugh there. oh ya Fann came up with this family tree.YEAR: Fann (mother)MONTH: Peishi (eldest daughter)FORTNIGHT: Ningxin (2nd daughter)WEEK: Weekiat (son)DAY: Me (youngest daughter)haha it was so funny. then they were saying i had to change name everyday. and oh.. erm.. there are son and daughter-in-laws as well. but won't disclose it here. confidential mann. later the others beat me up. (:later in the afternoon my mum brought my cousins and i to Swensen's. gosh i spilled the orange juice onto my shirt, shorts and bag. ): how nice. haha no lah. it was very paiseh to walk around the shopping mall with a big orange patch on the shirt.yeah i guess that's all for today(:
