wow! today was the first time in my life taking up the job of a postman/postlady?!Hendy and i went to various carrots' houses to give out Christmas cards. cool huh? we explored many places in Singapore while searching for their respective houses. haha.we went to Peishi's house first. it went quite smoothly with the help of the friendly bus uncle and Hendy's knowledge of the place. haha. placed the card at the doorstep then ran away. then to Chuanmin's place. haha. we didn't know how to go so we called her. " hey Chuanmin this is jade here ah. hey how to go your house?"" huh why leh?"" orh erm just to know loh. cos i'm updating my athletics profile then i wanna know how to go your house just in case." huh in case what?""emergency la!"" what emergency?"" how i know? just tell me how to go."finally she gave in and we were on our way.. haha. funny. bet my lie was real lousy. she was so suspicious of me. haha. yup when we reached her place we put the cards at the doorstep as well. (:then to Chrislyn's place. it was easy to find cos it's very near our school.. so yeah. (:after that was Minzhang's place. yup. this time Hendy called." hey Minzhang this is Hendy here. i'm updating my athletics profile so yeah i need to know how to go your house cos i'm compiling a directory."" ok take 282 from Clementi for about 5-10 mins then alight."yeah so we went on the bus and kept looking out for his block. then we alighted. went up this his house and because we were very sure that he was home, so we called him again." hey Minzhang. open the door."" HUH?? WHY?!?!?!"" just open la! but don't peep ah."haha. his reaction was so great!! yup when he saw us he was like shocked. after shock came smiles. he just thanked us and smiled brightly. nothing came out of his mouth after that. hahaha he was too shocked to see us.. then to Kahlok's house. we walked quite a bit to find his block. haha. we went up to his flat then we called him. " hey Kahlok this is Hendy, where are you now?"" i'm at my basketball court. i mean not mine la but it's near my house there."" oh. ok."" erm you called just to ask that??"" yeah. haha."" that's weird.."haha. funny. yeah then as usual we left the card there.after that.. we headed to Choa Chukang to Emily's place. her block was right inside the neighbourhood so we took quite a long time to reach. it was like a maze because we went round and round before reaching. haha. then when we were finally at her doorstep i called her." hey Emily this is jade ah. can you open the door?"" hey sorry i think you all put in my letterbox cos i now sleeping"hahaha. we left it at the doorstep then left. it would be better if she wasn't asleep. (:hmm. yeah so that marks the end of your delivery mission. haha. TO THOSE WHO DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CARDS TODAY: I'M SO SO SORRY BECAUSE WE FORGOT/DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO GO YOUR PLACES. BUT WE'LL EITHER GIVE YOU PERSONALLY OR MAIL IT TO YOU BY POST.after that we walked back to CCK mrt station. we were real tired by then. Hendy said something. then i said " oh i can't bite. i can only swallow." (my braces)then he gave me a blurblur look." orh! hahaha. i said 'let's get a bike.' not get a bite. "dots.. i must have been deaf.haha. yeah then we went back to our respective home. wow today was so cool. delivery.. it was definitely an experience because i've never knew there were such places in our country. as in their houses. i got to know Singapore better as well. haha. i was glad we didn't get lost.. oops i think i've written too much. must have bored you guys to death. (if you managed to finish this entry) sorry yeah!! this is probably the longest entry i'll ever write..yup i guess that's it for today! (:
