this morning i woke up with the most terrible backache i've ever had in my entire life. and so i didn't attend school today.woke up from my sleep at 8. washed up, had breakfast, a little rest and then off to studying for Geography. the entire morning was quite productive, i think i've absorbed quite a lot from the revision. who won't, with sufficient sleep? ya i guess it was a blessing in disguise. it was good sitting on the sofa and reading my notes, while enjoying the cool breeze blowing through the windows. except that i had to constantly adjust the cushion supporting my back.afternoon came. my dad brought me to the Chinese Physician ( this is the second time i'm seeking treatment ). i was kinda glad because i thought i could recover faster like that, instead of letting it heal by itself. the Physician rubbed and did whatever was necessary..then she told me that my backbone was severely crooked. erm ha. that scared the earth out of me. i think she was quite rough with my back, it's still aching now..worse thing was, she actually performed acupuncture. eeks. needles poking through my back. it wasn't pain, in fact it was a numb feeling when the needle was poked in. i guess it was due to my own psychological problem, i was panicking and the muscles of my back were jumping.. as if currents were passing through them. but then again, the Physician told me that there were currents. the more my muscles jumped, the more scared i was.and then finally, the torturous 20 minutes of acupuncture was over. surprisingly quite effective.. i didn't feel as much pain as before. but it still hurts sighs.as i stepped out, i told my dad i was never gonna go back for acupuncture again.haha yup so that was my first ( and hopefully the last ) acupuncture session. a nice experience nevertheless.. so overall i guess today was well-spent. what a day! hahai just want my back to recover pretty soon please! last but not least, thanks to everyone who showed concern in a way or another (:good day!
