hmm.. today.. this morning had training. wasn't feeling well since i woke up. diarrhoea. hais. when i reached Gombak, only Chuanmin was there. put my bag down and suddenly i needed the toilet again.. haha. so left her alone on the stand.not long after carrots started to stream into the stadium. went for our usual warm-up of 3 laps. mann my legs were jelly after running, and it was only our warm-up. did stretching and stuff. haha. coach made us do this weird exercise which sent all of us groaning in pain. they call it the Chinese Dance exercise i think. haha. or the APP exercise. (Ankle Pain Pain) hahaha.after that was jumping power. one leg hop! the girls were like struggling to finish it. however, the boys did it like it was the easiest thing on earth. when you look at how they do it, it seemed so easy. hop hop hop. done. wow. i envy them. then drills. nothing much.just that i skipped straight leg running, side jumping and acceleration. argh i feel so slack.. then came the workout. 160m X 3. it was ok i guess. just that i felt a little weaker than usual cos i wasn't feeling too well. was super tired after the sets. weak all over. skipped 2 laps of cool-down again. gosh i have to buck up already. so slack!yay! tomorrow going to turf city to support fellow carrots for time trial. jiayou yeah? keep running!! we'll be there to cheer for you guys. you can do it!! hahaa. then Chuanmin, Peishi and Fann were like saying we take a cup of large size coke each and drink at the finishing line to tempt those running. comical! ahaha. crossers.. beware.. hahaha. no lah joking only. haha. you guys do your best. let your good timings be the best present you will ever receive this Christmas, all right? don't care about positions. just timings. mind over body. all the best!!
