this is dedicated to all 2Gaoxiao-ians: (please please bear with my long-windedness)

wow today's the 3rd last day of holidays. we're all going to start another school year in 3 days' time. would have known our classes by now, and most of you guys won't be going to the same class as me. well, 2 years passed so quickly in RV and i haven't had enough fun with you all yet.

if you like X-men, you should be happy. cos we're all gonna be X-CLASSMATES. (dots. ok lame )

at the beginning of last year, when i first stepped into the class, what i saw was mostly unfamiliar faces. i was real scared because it was a totally new environment. i guess the same went for all of us. having so many strangers in the same class as me was weird. really weird.

haha. after a few months, when we got to know each other better, horrible things started to happen. girls and guys couldn't get together. whenever there were projects or groupwork, quarrels definitely had a part to play. even simple discussions like class outing took the welfare committee ages to communicate with the class. our results were ranked one of the lowest in the level. teachers hated us for our bad behaviour and some even had to come in to keep us quiet. the situation of our class couldn't get any worse.

this year, fortunately, girls and guys started to come together. to play, to do projects, to talk, and even copy homework. haha. i guess everyone cared for everyone else. that's nice. the class got so united, we weren't even defeated by the rumours that spread among the level. (in this case i shan't elaborate on the rumour) the belief and the bond within the class was real strong.

i forgot which test/exam was it, but remember we topped the level for SBQ (history)? though it's only a section of the subject, all of us clapped so loudly for the class when Sir announced the news. i guess the happiness came from the bottom of our hearts. nobody would have dreamt of that, based on our academic results for last year. it was really a great encouragement for all of us. this shows that nothing is impossible if we put in our best.

it should be ACES (spelt correctly?) day.. when all of us wore sarongs to dance. wow we were one of very few classes which bothered to buy them. i'm glad that the whole class co-operated and was willing to put on the costume. was it on the same day we celebrated Teachers' Day? can't remember but i guess everyone had a lot of fun with the teachers. the food was great too! games were entertaining and not to say, the forfeit! (:

and to those who are still unaware of this, Shaun and Georgina made up on the last day of school. they apologised to each other and became good friends from that day. (: i guess they have no regrets leaving the class already.

last but not least the very successful class chalet! though i couldn't stay for the last night, i bet it was enjoyable. i had a lot of fun there. those who contributed/turned up, i appreciated it a lot. really.

yes, i'm glad that i was in this fantastic class. through these times i had with all of you, my fellow classmates, i've learnt quite a lot of things. trust, co-operation and many more. although the unity came only this year, i believe it's never too late. from the very-disorganised-and-notorious class, we grew into a bonded-and-united family. you guys accompanied me for these 2 stressful years, you guys brightened up my school life, you guys made me excited about coming to school every morning. i don't show it, but i really treasure the times i spent with every single one of you. i apologise for any wrongdoings towards anyone. i'm sorry..

the bad and the good times with the class, combined to become very fond memories. we've come so far together as a class, i'm really sad to leave 2G. it hurts to part, but what can we do? reverse time? can't be. sighs. what i wanna say is i love all of you and all the best in your future endeavours.

38 of us made up this very special class. it would've been different if it weren't you guys. 38 different people made up 1 big family. 2Gaoxiao'05.. the best there ever could be, the best there ever will be..
