and so yesterday's training didn't turn out the way i wanted it to be. can still vividly recall ( though it's only 2-3 days ago ) how much i was looking forward to the session. those SMS-es which i sent to Chuanmin telling her how much i had missed the Jumps. the disappoinment was..

it was raining slightly ( the only consolation ). walked briskly to the sand pit in high spirits despite the imperfect weather to jump. lifted the cover and was relieved that the sand was still in an 'okay condition'. proceeded on to taking my foot placings. the thought of being able to sink my spikes into the Gombak sand ( as Chuanmin and i call it ) was like wow. after walking 73 steps, i was all ready to do a warm-up jump when, i saw this group of Gombak people occupying the pit. they have this course which teaches freshmen to do Javelin. i had no idea why they needed to come over though.

was wondering if i should be angry with them because afterall, the place is theirs, or should i laugh along with whoever that reigns supreme up there after he had played a joke on me. so dejectedly, i went to the second and only other existing pit in the stadium. to my horror, the area was infested with black short hairy caterpillars. blame it on my cowardice, i couldn't stay there any longer. hence i joined the rest for the sprints instead.

it may seem like a small matter to most and would wonder why am i so depressed over it. well, no doubt about that. there is always another training session. sighs. i guess it's just me. was deprived of something which i'm truly and extremely passionate about for a week. the disappoinment is hard to imagine eh.

oops sorry for this post. if anyone has successfully read till this line, congrats! you've survived the most boring post ever. haha. sorry to all. ( if there's even anyone reading that is )

i hope history won't repeat itself tomorrow.
