so today was the sec4s Graduation Ceremony.

yup i know time flies. it's soon gonna be our turn. sighs. as i watched the sec4 classes go up there, receiving their report books from the Form Teacher and extending their sincerest handshakes and hugs, a part of my heart ached. but it was truly a heartwarming sight.

i listened to the representatives from the classes making their speeches and started thinking about my own classes. both lower and upper sec. hai i don't know what to say.

i managed to not cry until Mrs Lee's Co-form class was up there. when the first student hugged her, tears began to well up in my eyes. everybody cheered loudly. when the second student gave her a hug, more cheers were made. when the third one hugged her, tears began rolling down from the corner of my right eye. this is how great an impact Mrs Lee has made on her students, well. at least for me.

seniors.. especially those from the Carrot family. they've taught me much since i stepped into RV. really gonna miss them a lot. today was their last day in school, after which they'll all be running the last lap of their secondary school lives, towards the ultimate finishing line. i'm sure that they'll all be able to cross it with smiles on their faces. although no senior would ever come to read this:

all the best for your O levels and future endeavours, may you reach or even exceed your own expectations. bring glory not only to the school, but for yourselves. work hard, it's already the last lap. best of luck. your presence would be greatly missed.

on a lighter note, had lunch with a bunch of Buses. they made me laugh like shit. Ningxin and i were playing the don't-know-what-you-call-that- game. like for example the first person started off with a word : elephant. then the next person has to find a word starting with the letter 't'. the last letter of the previous word. yup. then Emilee went:

" give me a word"
" Yuxiao"
" ok. Orange, EMILY, yes, sun, naa, apple, EMILY."

oh my goodness. what the mercury. i laughed like nobody's business. haha well. it's always those people around me that brighten up my day. ( duh how can those not with me brighten up my day? ) ha. you know what i mean. 2Gaoxiao-ians, 3Buses, Iron12 (:

tomorrow's Chinese Paper 1 Mock Exam. i hope everyone remembers to bring their dictionaries. (:
