Haha haven’t been updating in ages.. google hates me all over again.
Time seems to fly. The vacation is over and now it’s Nationals tomorrow! I forgot whether it was in February or March or which month, the Netballers were having their matches and they went “ wah your races so late ar!” and guess what those races that they were talking about will officially start like in less than 24 hours.
Yup every Tracker/Crosser will know how much we’ve been training for the season. The perspiration, the tears, the time, the energy and the scolding aren’t gonna be all for nothing. Many including myself are having the pre-race syndrome of panicking and keep-thinking-of-running-when-you’re-supposed-to-do-something-else, and I think it’s perfectly normal. Whenever I think of the track in Choa Chu Kang stadium, I feel adrenaline rush all over my body.
At this point in time, it’s probably too late to start training very hard. Even Coach keeps saying “ you all know what to do already right? Why practise so many times?” hmm I guess what’s to be done is for everybody in the team to build up their confidence and have plenty of rest. Especially to those who are currently ill, it’s important for the team to take care and remain healthy (:
so there you go, Carrots, we’re gonna burn the track starting from 5th July-18th July 2oo7.
Haha okay I don’t know how many people are gonna read this but.
