haha. this week hasn't been a holiday yo. not at all.

monday: training, Track camp then maths makeup lesson.

tuesday: no training, but went back to school from 9-6 to do homework. big thanks to Jiaqiang for maths.

wednesday: race, went back school to do homework till 6, then a very quick dinner near school with Mel.

thursday: training with CUTE cooldown! :D then homework, Chem consultation.

today: Chem mock test, homework till 4.

tomorrow: training at bedok, then homework as much as possible, then TS' 'bookout parade'? don't know what's that called, but it's gonna be his last day in OCS.

sunday: homework as much as possible.

haha kinda busy. but i think it's sorta fulfilling.. even though i still don't think i'd be able to finish everything, at least i've tried hard.

the frequent trips back to school (okay it's actually everyday) allowed me to first of course do my homework, but the more interesting thing was i got to talk to many different people.. who came over to my table (i was alone) for a little chat here and there.

it had never crossed my mind that one day i'd be talking to this friend (aquaintance then) about our dreams and the future we'd both like to have for our own. just miraculously happened on tuesday and it was really a good talk.

and i found out that this friend recently forgone an opportunity to compete overseas in a World Championship--the venue this year is furthermore the country he wants to visit most--because it's really really close to Prelims.

talk about prioritisation,
talk about sacrifice.

i thought that was pretty admirable.

oh and, he's already got a rough idea how he wants his future to be like. like, what he wants to do by a certain age, what he's gonna do before a certain age.

then it dawned upon me that, i've never really thought this far for myself.

hmm. turning 18 this year already, maybe i should start planning. or at least dream. haha.
